It can as well start from Kigali and end in Kigali depending on your scheduled flight.</p><h2>Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park</h2><p>After early morning breakfast, meet our driver for transfer to Kibale National park with en-route lunch in Fort portal. On your way, you will view the beautiful tea plantations as you get nearer Fort portal town and the beautiful Rwenzori mountain ranges. After lunch, you can visit the crater area for site seeing. Arrive in the evening for check-in and rest from the long journey. Gorilla tracking in Bwindi forest</h2><p>Have breakfast and proceed to UWA park offices for briefing about the dos and don’ts during Gorilla trekking. This is where you will be given the gorilla family to track and be briefed about the rules been assigned to track. Once you meet the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend only 1 hour with them that guide gorilla tracking. This activity is approximated to last between 4 to 6 hours. However, the estimated time can be more or less depending on the movement of the gorilla family you have observing them and taking photos in close range. Meeting the gorillas is one of the most captivating lifetime experiences that give you lasting memories. This should be a must-do while in Uganda. After an hour with the gorillas, your ranger guide will lead you back to the starting point for debriefing and awarding certificates. After tracking if you are still strong, you can choose to go for a nature walk to the falls or take a community walk. Then dinner and overnight stay.</p><h2>Day 5. Transfer to Kampala</h2><p>After breakfast, meet your driver for transfer to Kampala/Entebbe with en route lunch at Igongo Cultural center. Lake Mburo is inhabited by zebras, topis, impalas, warthogs, kobs, and many others. You will have en route stopover at the equator for photography and experiments also Mpabiire local drum makers, proceed to Mburo reaching in the afternoon for lunch and evening game drive where you will spot numerous wild life species. In return you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park through the southern sector of the park, have a lunch en-route, and proceed to Bwindi reaching in the evening, check-in the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. <strong>Gorilla mist camp/Agandi lodge/Bakiga lodge.</strong></p><h2>Day 5: Gorilla tracking</h2><p>On this day, wake up early and prepare for the memorable experience, you will need good hiking boots, camera, rain coat, come along with packed lunch and enough drinking water as you go for briefing at the park quarters. Expect to see other species of primates such as Baboons, Red colobus monkey, Black and white colobus monkey, Grey cheeked mangabey, Red tailed monkey, Birds like sun birds, Turaco, pitas and other bird species, butter fly species etc. return late afternoon for relaxation or an option of visiting Bigodi swamp. Overnight at the lodge.</p><h2>Day 3: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth</h2><p>After breakfast, go for a walk to Bigodi wet land sanctuary look out for the rare shoe Bill Bird, African pitta, Fish Eagle, Crown Great Blue Turaco among others, species of primates such as Baboons, Blue monkeys, Banded Mangoose etc. picnic lunch will be taken at the lodge.<br />In the afternoon drive off to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Over night at either Jacana Safari lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, King Fisher Lodge (high end classic accommodation) or Mweya Institute of Ecology (low budget classic accommodation).</p><h2>Day 4: Kyambura Gorge and Maramagambo forest</h2><p>Start with Kyambura river gorge for an extra ordinary experience of tracking chimps. It is so enriching to see the ravishing river valley which is a home of many birds and butterfly species. Relax over a drink at the camp and proceed to Maramagambo forest for an exciting nature walk up to the bat cave and the unique blue Crater Lake. Over night at the lodge.</p><h2>Day 5: Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest</h2><p>Depart from Queen Elizabeth and leave for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, with a game drive in the Ishasha sector which is the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Expect to see the famous tree climbing lions that can be spotted on the large fig trees and other wild life such as Topis, Buffaloes and warthogs etc.<br />Overnight at either Mantana Tented Camp (high end luxurious accommodation), Buhoma homestead (medium class accommodation) or Buhoma community camp (low Budget accommodation). Approximate driving time is 4 – 5 hours.</p><h2>Day 6: Gorilla Tracking</h2><p>After breakfast and briefing from the guide, enter the forest in search for mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable forest is a home for the rare mountain Gorillas and about 650 individual gorillas left in the whole world half are in Bwindi. Tracking may take 2 – 8 hours, depending on the location of the Gorillas. One may walk a short or long distance in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. A visit to the Coronation site in Buddo, the King’s palace, Kasubi Tombs, Wamala Tombs, Sezibwa falls and Ndere Cultural center are some of the trip highlights.</p><h2>Day 1: Kampala City Cultural tour</h2><p>You will be picked from your Hotel/lodge by our professional guide after your early breakfast and start your day with a visit to Kasubi tombs. Kasubi is the burial site for the Kings of Buganda Kingdom, you will have guides sharing the best information on this world heritage site. You will then head to the King’s palace at Mengo Hill in the heart of Kampala which is the Kingdom Headquarters. Here you will be allowed to visit the Lukiiko Hall (Kingdom Parliament) where the leadership sits to discuss Kingdom business. You will then have lunch and you will then visit the Uganda Museun after lunch and look at the ancient treasures of this country and proceed to the craft shops to end your day buying suveniors at Buganda Road in Kampala. Dinner and nightfall at the lodge/Hotel.</p><h2>Day 2: Coronation Site at Nagalabi &amp; Wamala Tombs</h2><p>The morning begins on a tasty breakfast after which you will start your journey to the Coronation site in Buddo at Nagalabi. You will learn about the history of this place and why it was selected as the only place for Coronation of the Kings of this great ancient Buganda Kingdom. You will later transfer to Wamala Tombs where the ancient famous King of Buganda was buried. He is believed to have had 145 wives during his reign. You will then retire at the Hotel later in the evening, Have Dinner and spend a night there.</p><h2>Day 3: Sezibwa Falls Ndere Cultural center</h2><p>After the morning breakfast on this day, you will embark on the morning visit to Sezibwa falls which is another cultural heritage for the Buganda Kingdom. There will be a lunch enroute as you proceed to Kasese town and to Rwenzori Mountains Safari Camp for Dinner and overnight.</p><h2>Day 2: Nature walk at Ruboni Hill</h2><p>Wake up early to the morning meal and start the hike to Ruboni hill enjoying great views of river Mubuku, Baker and Portal peaks as you hike the mountains. You will also watch the great Margherita peak as you stand at the Ruboni hill at 2300 meters high. You will then return to the Hotel for dinner and night&#8217;s stay.</p><h2>Day 3: Cultural encounter/Hike Experience</h2><p>Set off for the Buhemba Irimbo cultural trail for an exciting encounter of the Rwenzori culture of the Bakonzo people. This is where you may spot various animal species like elephants, giraffes, lions, hyenas, buffaloes, leopards (on a lucky day), and different species of antelopes including the Uganda Kobs, Jackson hartebeest, Oribi, bush/water bucks among others. After the game drive, return to your lodge to refresh and have lunch.</p><p>In the afternoon, go for a boat cruise to the top of magnificent falls along River Nile. This gives you chance to view a lot of wildlife on the shores including elephants, buffaloes, hippos, serried ranges of crocodile along the sand banks, different bird species among others. After getting close to the falls, there will be a stopover for photographs for like 10 minutes before going back. You can choose to hike the top of falls (45 minutes’ walk) with an additional cost which gives you opportunity to view the falls from different points. This is a half day activity lasting between 3 to 5 hours depending on the movement of the chimpanzees. On finding the primates, you will spend 1 hour with them while studying their behavior and taking pictures in close range. After tracking, return to the lodge for lunch.</p><p>Later in the afternoon, you will go for a nature walk at Bigodi wetland a good place to sight different species birds. You can visit the women group as well for entertainment and crafts. This activity is approximated to last between 4 to 6 hours. However, the estimated time can be more or less depending on the movement of the gorilla family.  Meeting the gorillas is one of the most captivating lifetime experiences that give you lasting memories.
